In Cannes, there are deeply tanned women with small dogs, but also a festival that creates the event of the year. There are large boats, narrow streets, the Forville market, Rue d'Antibes, luxury brands, and the cars that go with them.
But there are also normal people, lots of palm trees... It's a mini Sunset Boulevard.
