Bespoke & Personalised Creations
Creations made to your specifications or personalised at your request are crafted exclusively for you.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, these creations are not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal.
However, if you have a particular concern regarding your creation, we encourage you to contact us before taking any further steps. Every request is carefully reviewed by Charlotte Bourrus and, whenever possible, an appropriate solution will be considered by mutual agreement.

Every creation is carefully packed in protective packaging specifically designed for transporting delicate works of art.
