Every creation by Atelier Charlotte Bourrus is handcrafted with the utmost care in our studio in Bidart, in the French Basque Country.

As each piece is made by hand, time is required before it can be dispatched. This Shipping Policy explains the different stages involved in preparing and delivering your order.

Production Times

Most of our creations are made to order.

The lead time indicated on each product page corresponds to the time required to create your piece in our studio before dispatch.

Production times may vary depending on:

• The complexity of the creation.
• The number of orders currently in production.
• Busy periods, particularly during the holiday season.
• The availability of certain materials.

Should your order experience a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Occasionally, certain creations may be available for immediate dispatch. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

Preparing Your Order

Before dispatch, every creation undergoes a meticulous quality inspection.

It is then carefully protected in its reinforced presentation box, specially designed to safeguard delicate works of art during transit.

Every parcel is prepared with the same level of care devoted to the creation itself.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our studio in Bidart, France.

Depending on your destination, we select the most appropriate shipping partner from among:

• DHL
• UPS
• FedEx
• DPD
• Chronopost
• Colissimo

The carrier is chosen according to the size of the creation, its destination, and the most suitable delivery service available.

All shipments are fully insured during transit.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You will then be able to follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service selected.

The estimated delivery times refer only to the transportation period after dispatch and do not include the production lead time indicated on each product page.

International Shipping

Atelier Charlotte Bourrus ships its creations to many destinations worldwide.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import charges may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.

These charges remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing your order.

Receiving Your Order

We kindly ask you to inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If it shows any visible signs of damage, we recommend that you:

• Record detailed reservations with the carrier upon delivery.
• Photograph the parcel before opening it.
• Keep all original packaging materials.
• Contact us as soon as possible, enclosing the photographs.

This information will allow us to open a claim with the carrier promptly and assist you in finding the most appropriate solution.

Studio Collection

You are also welcome to collect your order directly from our studio in Bidart.

Collections are available by appointment only.

We will contact you as soon as your creation is ready to arrange a convenient collection date.
